SAIL Recruitment 2022: Steel Authority of India Limited has sought Applications from the Candidates fulfilling the Eligibility Criteria for the Posts; viz., 1) Medical Officer (OHS), 2) Specialists and 3) Super-Specialists in Bokaro General Hospital (BGH) and Jharkhand Group of Mines (JGoM) On Contractual Basis.

The Candidates duly meeting the Eligibility Criteria Stipulated in reference to the Posts, responding to the SAIL’s Recruitment Notification will have to download the Application Form (Annexure I) and carry with them the Duly-filled Applications annexed with the Certificates and Documents according to the Check-List for submission at the time of ‘Walk-in-Interview’.

The Candidates should submit their respective Advance Copies thereby informing via Email confirming to Senior Manager (Personnel Recruitment) M/s Steel Authority of India Limited their participation in the Interview Process.

Eligibility for Applying:

a) Such Candidates having met the Prescribed Eligibility and intend to apply for Walk-In-Interview for Selection through Scheduled Interviews slated to be held on 19th October 2022 (19.11.2022).

b) Ex-Employees of SAIL Plants/Units and other Public Sector Undertakings/ Government are also Eligible to apply provided, they have not separated by opting for Voluntary Retirement. The Ex-employee Doctors will have to provide Self-Certificate in this regard.

Engagement Tenure:

1) The Tenure of Contractual Engagement of the Doctor to be engaged under this Scheme would be initially for One Year, which stands further Extendable by 01 (One) more Year. The Maximum Period of Engagement is 03 Years. There will be no bar on re-engagement. However, the Engagement Tenure shall remain subject to the Upper Age Limit prescribed in the Recruitment Notification.

2) The Performance of the Doctor so engaged will be reviewed on an Annual Basis and the Tenure may be curtailed or Extended, subject to his / her Satisfactory Performance.

Selection Process: Selection to all the Posts notified in SAIL’s Recruitment Advertisement shall be conducted through “Walk-in-Interview” followed by Medical Screening to ensure Medically Physical Fitness

Engagement of the Candidates into Service will commence immediately following the Candidate’s Selection is completed and Orders are issued for Engagement.
