Join our team as a Fitness Lead
Part time Hours (24 hours per week)
Salary: Grade H (TBC) – from £30k annum pro rata
These exciting roles are newly created as we drive improvements to our fitness offer. You’ll manage fitness activities at multiple centres (above) – working with ops teams to deliver the best possible fitness experience to centre customers.
Leading on delivery of gym, group exercise and personal trainer services, you’ll enable overall high performance – enhancing our customer journey, with strong retention of members.
Inspiring others with your passion, you’ll support fitness teams to deliver great services on the gym floor and manage our valued instructors and personal trainers.
These are ‘hands-on’ roles – and you’ll deliver up to 12 sessions of group exercise or Personal Training activity each week.
‘Developing our people’ is close to our hearts and you’ll help deliver a programme of CPD activities and education across our fitness teams.
At least a L2 qualified fitness instructor with plenty of delivery under your belt – you’ll have experience of managing people, resources & budgets.
A good communicator and highly driven – you’ll build strong relationships, inspiring others to bring their best to work. You’ll also have a leisure management qualification (Level 3 or above) and a relevant H&S Qualification. See our role profile for more details.
